Thank you Board of Water Supply

I am sure the bees are saying thank you every time they find a water meter box.  It is almost perfect for them.  We got a call about bees in a meter box. We went to remove them and found we couldn’t get the top off because there was so much comb.  We had to come back the next day with a crowbar to get the top off.  The bees had filled the entire box! From the top to the bottom and from front to back, they had no more room to build.
