This house was in foreclosure, according to the neighbor it had been empty for about 6 years.  When we went in there were dead bees everywhere! And not just a few, there were thousands. The people who had lived there, maybe illegally, had torn the ceiling away and killed the bees. Other bees moved in and built again.  All we had to do was come in and remove the hive, not repair work needed.
